Bextino online store is designed to make your shopping experience as effortless as possible as we are here to assist our users when necessary.

We at Bextino guarantee the shipment of quality goods, all undergoing careful inspection prior to shipment, assuring our customers 100% satisfaction.
You can follow the progress of your order by creating an account on bextino.com. After logging into your new account, simply click “My Account” followed by “Order History.”
Once you have placed an order with bextino.com, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. This number gives your order a unique identifier in our system.
Please allow 2 working days for our team to fulfill your order and prepare for shipping. This time may be extended by an additional 24/hour period during a sale period or the holiday season. We will always do our best to expedite every order in a timely manner.
Bextino.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
All the information provided will be encrypted for your safety.
All products will be dispatched from Hong Kong via worldwide delivery service.

Delivery Charges and Time
We offer free delivery to customers inside Hong Kong.
For the rest of the world, we are pleased to offer our customers very low international shipping rates:
For US customers
We offer a flat rate $35 USD.
For US customers, orders with a value of $800 USD or higher may be split into two shipments, and a tracking number for each shipment will be sent, however the cost will remain at just the one-time flat fee of $35 USD.
The same applies for Singapore customers, orders will a value of SG $400 may be spit into two shipments, and a tracking number for each shipment will be sent accordingly.
For European customers
We offer a flat rate of $35 USD to our European customers.
Delivery time usually will take up to 7 to 10 days from the date products are dispatched, providing our customers with a tracking number.
Order needs a signature upon delivery. If there is no one around to receive it, the courier will leave a missed delivery card. You can then organize for your order to be re-delivered whenever it suits you.
Please note that there may be delays to these estimated shipping times during busy holiday periods.
For Rest of the World
We offer a flat rate of $35 USD.
Customs and Taxes
Customers are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Your order will not be released for final delivery in the destination country until these charges are paid in full.
Cancelling an Order
Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted, Bextino will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reasons.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return or Exchange of Product
We accept returns, however return is at your own cost for shipment to Hong Kong within 14 days. The only exception to when shipping is covered at our expense is when the item(s) that has been ordered was wrongly shipped.
We do not accept exchanges, however, our customer service department is willing to check the status of product in case of a return and re-order.
In either circumstance, please follow procedure on “Return Page” given the time period of 14 days upon receipt of order, or if you have additional questions, please contact our customer service department at: email@example.com
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all Bextino garment tags, disclaimer labels, and packing bag still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Items bought during sales or promotional period are non-refundable. Charges and customs duties applied to the items on sale will not be refunded.
We strive to return your payment or item(s) within 15 days after receiving the package in our warehouse.
Pleased be advised for international (non-Hong Kong) customers are responsible for shipping fees for any necessary returns.
In the case that you have received a wrongly shipped item, please follow the return page procedure and contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Bring your parcel to your local post office or package service to post it to us. Your item(s) will be inspected to check whether they meet our Terms and Conditions.
To exchange an item, you need to follow the same procedure as returning. Send back your previous ordered item, and order a new one.
We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the warehouse confirms that the item(s) have completed processing.
